Recoring
is beneficial in reinforcing the core of a collapsed paper roll.
SOS technicians will straighten the roll, round the paper, and
when needed, insert and hydraulically expand a metal reinforcing
tube to insure the core will not collapse after it is repaired.
The core is unquestionably stronger than it's original form and
will help withstand the rigors of over clamping. This service
is recommended when the roll will be transported after repair. |
